VJS Cost Consultancy is a Philippine-based quantity surveying and construction cost advisory practice. We prepare BOQs and cost estimates, review contractor quotations and contracts, and validate variations and final accounts.
We started VJS because most Filipino homeowners, and many small contractors, never get access to a quantity surveyor. On large projects, independent cost checking is standard. On a family home funded by years of OFW savings, it is usually missing. We want to change that.
Small-scale Philippine projects remain our first priority. We also support contractors and consultants overseas with remote take-off, tender BOQs and estimating.
